MASSIN began life in 1974 with premises in the town of BALAN in the French Ardennes.
After first specialzing in the machining of parts, the company moved on to CNC machining of metals and plastics, mechanised welding,
and design and manufacturing of specialist machines.
With this rapid expansion in its business, MASSIN moved its workshops to BAZEILLES in the Ardennes.
Their desire to get involved with research and development gave rise to a drawing office in 1984. In 1991,
MASSIN invented a new foundry technique for decoring cylinder head and manifold castings.
